cache

Disk-based cache service using cacache.

cache_remove 🔒

DiskCache::remove_by_key_prefix and the index-walk helpers it alone uses. A sibling of cache.rs because the removal is the one operation that walks the whole cacache index, twice, under two gates, and its argument is long enough that cache.rs crossed the module-size ratchet carrying it.

Splits a cached combined-geometry Parquet blob back into the per-batch chunks a live parse would have streamed, so a cache hit on POST /api/v1/parse/parquet-stream can replay the same Start / Batch+ Progress / Complete event shape as a miss (issue #3895) instead of one oversized Batch.
