Resolve a RelatingMaterial into a flat list of layers. Handles IfcMaterial, IfcMaterialLayerSet, IfcMaterialLayerSetUsage (→ set), IfcMaterialList, and IfcMaterialConstituentSet. unit_scale converts layer thickness to metres.
