symbol: &'static str

Base display symbol at no prefix, e.g. m, m\u{00B2}, g, Pa.

prefix_power: i32

Power the SI prefix is raised to for scale purposes: 1 normally, 2 for SQUARE_METRE, 3 for CUBIC_METRE (a CENTI cubic-metre is (10^-2)^3).

base_scale: f64

Factor that converts a value in the unprefixed unit to the canonical SI base of its dimension. 1.0 for everything except GRAM (base is kg, so a gram is 1e-3).
