Parse an IFC file with a configurable opening filter and return JSON bytes.

Arguments

• path_ptr / path_len: UTF-8 encoded file path
• opening_filter_mode: 0 = Default, 1 = IgnoreAll, 2 = IgnoreOpaque
• out_ptr: receives pointer to allocated JSON bytes
• out_len: receives length of allocated JSON bytes

Returns

Same error codes and out-parameter states as ifc_lite_parse. An unrecognised opening_filter_mode is treated as 0.
